DUTY MANAGER
An opportunity exists for a dynamic, ambitious individual below 40 years of age to fill the position of Duty Manager at Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden. If you have a passion for hospitality this is your chance to grow your career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth guest services and handle escalated issues promptly.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain service excellence.
- Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
