Assistant Manager-Engineering
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager – Engineering to join our team and ensure smooth operations of our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of boiler, chiller, and electrical systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities and energy efficiency.
- Supervise engineering staff and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
