Wilkins Spence Packaging Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Ken Wilkins Print Group - UK, is a BOI-approved company specializing in state-of-the-art packaging solutions for the export industry in Sri Lanka. With its global presence, the Sri Lankan operation functions from a LEED Gold-certified printing facility located in Mawaramandiya, Kadawatha. With our recent expansion plans, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing team.
Production Executive
We are seeking a young, energetic, and results-driven Personality to join our Team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment & be able to work under pressure and meet demanding production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Optimize manpower and material utilization to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and implement continuous improvement initiatives
