ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MIS reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory regulations while liaising with relevant authorities.
- Implement and recommend cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Retail sector.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
