Established in 2016, a collaboration between Taiwan and Sri Lanka, serving customers locally and internationally.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR
INTERIOR SOLUTIONS DIVISION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers including kitchen & furniture companies, contractors, architects and designers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up inquiries and convert opportunities.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, deliveries and installations.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and sales reports and work with internal teams for successful project execution.
- Use AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and customer service.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2-5 years’ experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Key Account Management, Business Development or Project Coordination.
- Experience in interiors, furniture, kitchens, building materials or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and following up effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar) is a distinct advantage.
- Organized, proactive and self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
