EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Quality Assurance at Product Development. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to self-motivated and work independently to achieve the needed business KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare fit logs of the samples.
- Measuring the Sample end line.
- Monitor the quality of the product in line and end line.
- Attend fit sessions with models along with garment tech.
- Explaining the quality standard and customer requirement to the sewing operator.
- Finding solutions with technician when there is quality concern.
- Check the samples Quality, measurement of the finished garments.
- Samples send to customer with correct details on tag.
- Pack the Sending samples to Customer to Dispatch sheet.
- Maintain the samples refer after received from approved sample by UK.
- Releasing approved samples for Garment tech.
- Arrange the wash garment with respective garment tech & merchandizer.
- Maintain the approved samples with respective garment tech & merchandizer.
- Review the sample retaining period with respective garment tech / merchandizer with timely manner and dispose unwanted samples.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with handling quality procedures of the buyers (M&S / TESCO / OYSHO / ASDA / LINDEX / OVS)
- Experience on garment fit sessions.
- 3 years working experience as a Quality Controller.
- Knowledge in English.
- Ability to use Computer.
