Supply Chain Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in procurement, inventory, and supply planning activities
- Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment of items
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations
- Maintain purchase records, stock reports, and documentation accurately
- Support goods receiving, storage, and distribution processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, certificate, or part qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain procedures
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage
- Ability to work accurately, independently, and meet deadlines
