We now wish to recruit passionate and dynamic individuals to join our growing team for the following positions:
PASTRY CHEF
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a fast-paced café, hotel, or bakery.
- Relevant culinary or hospitality diploma/qualification is highly preferred.
COMMIS 1 (PASTRY, BAKERY & HOT RANGE)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a commercial kitchen or cafe.
- Vocational or professional culinary qualifications are an added advantage.
COMMIS 2
- Basic knowledge of Hot Range, pastry, or bakery preparation techniques.
TRAINEE KITCHEN (PASTRY & BAKERY)
- Completed a relevant vocational or professional course.
- Keen to learn and passionate about bakery work.
BARISTA
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
