Job Description
SITE MANAGER - PILING
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE :
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced site manager – piling to lead and supervise piling operations for large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring quality execution, maintaining safety standards, and achieving project milestones within agreed timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in piling, deep foundation, or geotechnical construction projects, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, equipment, and workforce effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver project targets within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction reporting systems will be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily piling and foundation construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and take proactive actions to achieve project milestones while managing site resources including manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of piling and foundation works while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
