FRONT OFFICE Executive

JOB ROLE

Professionally manage front office operations by greeting and assisting visitors, handling communications and correspondence, coordinating reception activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in reception, front office, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent English and Sinhala speaking skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional appearance with strong customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and telephone handling skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
