GENERAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Premium International Pvt. Limited, a leading name in the healthcare and medical equipment industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager / Assistiant General Manager to join our expanding team. These are key leadership roles focused on driving the growth and visibility of our medical equipment and devices portfolio across regional and international markets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and brand visibility in the medical equipment segment.
- Identify market opportunities and oversee the launch of new products and technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure product-market alignment.
- Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Conduct competitive analysis, market trends research, and customer insights to inform brand strategies.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across all branding initiatives.
- Ability to mobilise & co-ordinate with both marketing & regional sales personnel to achieve the brand portfolio sales target quarterly & annually.
- Should be able to to generate own sales leads & convert them to potential sales.
- Should be willing to travel extensively & spend quality time in the field to gather industry trends , competitor activities ect
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A relevant professional qualification (CIM etc) in sales & marketing is a prerequisite.
- Minimum 15 -20 years experience in medical equipment/devices sector out of which 08 -10 years in a managerial role.
- Should demonstrate an impressive track record of sales achievement both individually & leading a team
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
