Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing watches
- Record repair details and service updates accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Inspect watches for performance and quality standards
- Participate in hands-on technical training sessions
Requirements and Skills
- Passion for watches and technical work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work responsibly and as part of a team
- Previous technical experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
