ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Field Promotions Officer, you will play a key role in driving on-ground brand visibility and market awareness for Swisstek Aluminium. This role involves travelling to assigned locations using the company vehicle, executing promotional activities, supporting regional campaigns, and strengthening the brand's presence among dealers, fabricators, and customers. The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, and passionate about representing the SWISSTEK brand in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute field marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Support dealer visits, activations, and regional promotional initiatives.
- Distribute brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials to customers and channel partners.
- Build awareness among dealers, fabricators, contractors, and walk-in customers.
- Drive the company vehicle to assigned locations for promotional and brand awareness activities.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure safe driving practices.
- Share market feedback, competitor observations, and field updates with the marketing team.
- Assist in trade events, exhibitions, and brand activations when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field promotions, sales support, or marketing activation will be an added advantage.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic understanding of branding and promotional activities is preferred.
