SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
ECHEM EDUCATIONS is a fast-growing education institute seeking a highly analytical and results-driven senior business analyst to support strategic decision-making, business growth, and operational excellence across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze business operations, processes, and performance metrics.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor project performance and support implementation initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed or following a Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
