Senior Product Technologist (Wet Processing)

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating product development and technical support (wet processing) with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver customer-focused garment solutions. The role focuses on customer requirements, market trends, costing, risk management, testing, sample development, and product innovation, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet customer and business needs.

What you will do:
- Analyze customer briefs, seasonal color trends, and competitor wash/dye aesthetics to develop innovative garment dye and wet processing solutions that meet quality and commercial expectations.
- Collaborate with dye houses, chemical suppliers, cross-functional teams, and brand stakeholders to drive wet processing idea development, finishing innovation, and cost-effective bulk commercialization.
- Manage garment dye and wash development processes, ensuring color consistency, shrinkage and distressing standards, risk mitigation, lab-to-bulk correlation, and production readiness.
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (3+ year) in Textile/ Clothing/ Fabric technology or any other relevant stream over 3+ academic strength
- 3+ years of relevant experience with wet processing, R&D, sample coordination
- Fast moving on own status quo with forward-thinking with excellent Team skills will be considered for priority
- Product lifecycle management experience
