Admin & Facility Management Executive

Qualifications & Skills
n
n- Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Management / Business Administration from a recognized institute.
n- 1 year of experience in related field.
n- Excellent command of English & Sinhala, both written & verbal communication skills.
n- Sound knowledge on MS Office package especially in Excel.
n- Good IT literacy with creative digital skills.
n- Strong analytical skills.
n- Good interpersonal, coordination & negotiation skills.
n- Strong attention to detail & accuracy in data management.
n- Strong team working ability & a positive attitude.
n- Knowledge of Japanese 5S Concept will be an added advantage.
n- Have a valid driving license.
n- Ability to work independently & take ownership of responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities
n
n- Handle all day-to-day office administration tasks.
n- Monitoring all kinds of stationery requirements.
n- Attending maintenance activities of office premises with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
n- Monitoring & maintaining uninterrupted service such as electricity, photocopy machine, printers, telephones, internet, mobile, courier service and Coordinating with banks.
n- Coordinating with Telecommunication service providers.
n- Maintaining the company vehicle fleet.
n- Supervising janitorial services.
n- Hotel reservations.
n- Implementation of 5S Concept at office premises.
n- Assist in organizing company events.
n- Actively engaging in employer branding.
