The Janet group, a leader in natural beauty and personal care in Sri Lanka, is on the lookout for an aspiring and ambitious young candidate for the post of Senior Executive - Compliance & System who has the ability to take on a demanding role.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE COMPLIANCE & SYSTEM
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or systems management at an executive or senior executive level.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with HSE, internal audits, and integrated management systems is essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments.
- Age below 40 years.
- Location - Factory at Panadura.
