Parcel Self-Pickup Service Staff
Location: Colombo Port City
Job Description
- Receive and greet customers who come to pick up parcels in person.
- Communicate with customers in English to confirm order information, parcel details and pickup requirements.
- Check parcel quantity, condition and complete parcel handover procedures strictly.
- Keep clear pickup records and submit daily work reports.
- Maintain accurate self-pickup registration records, compile daily pickup records, and complete daily work reporting.
- Maintain neat and tidy working environment and keep good on-site order.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and solve simple on-site problems.
- Follow company rules and complete other temporary work assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male preferred
- Fluent oral English is mandatory
- Hard-working, honest, reliable and practical.
- Good customer service attitude and basic communication skills.
- Able to follow working rules and stable at work.
- No logistics experience required, on-the-job training provided.
