EXECUTIVE - PEOPLE TEAM
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive –People Team to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and training and development. They will work closely with the people team and other departments to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in HR or a related field to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting.
- Undergraduate or currently pursuing a professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Sound knowledge of labour laws
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Nugegoda area
