Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, and facilities in line with company standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5/6 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hotel maintenance or similar field
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience with chiller systems and HVAC control is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities (HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment) and technical staff
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and operations teams to reduce downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify repair needs
- Maintain records of maintenance work and equipment history
- Manage and train maintenance staff
