Overview

AKH IT Solutions (PVT) Ltd is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's and our international client brands' digital presence. The ideal candidate will develop social media strategies, manage content, collaborate with influencers, and analyze performance to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Experience: 2–4 Years | Work From Home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain a structured content calendar for consistent posting.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to produce engaging visual and video content.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and media partners relevant to client brands.
  • Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and digital creators.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Support PR campaigns and media communications while maintaining brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with business goals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager / Display & Video 360)
  • Social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social
  • Platform analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Experience managing PR campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a UK time-based remote environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time)

EMPLOYMENT

This is a full-time position directly employed by AKH IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. The role involves managing and supporting social media, digital marketing, and PR activities for our client businesses across the UK, Europe, USA, and Australia, working closely with internal teams to deliver effective brand communication and engagement.
