Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution. SLMC registration required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in general medicine, surgery, or emergency medicine.
- Mindset: Passion for long-term career in aesthetic & preventive medicine. Minimum 3-year commitment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication + interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult patients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform advanced aesthetic & wellness treatments after comprehensive in-house training + clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of doctors, cosmetologists & wellness specialists to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Represent Christell at industry events, speaking engagements, seminars, and panel discussions.
- Handle clinical documentation and administrative duties to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
