ABOUT THE ROLE
Sasiri Polysacks Pvt Ltd is a leading polypropylene woven bag manufacturer based in Dankotuwa, supplying to FMCG, agriculture, and industrial sectors across Sri Lanka. We are building a dedicated sales team and are looking for motivated, results-driven individuals to join us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new customer accounts in the assigned territory
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets for polypropylene bags and packaging products
- Submit weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and outstanding payments
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (FMCG, industrial, or packaging sector preferred)
- A/L qualified or above; a diploma or degree in marketing/business is an advantage
- Valid driving licence and own motorcycle/vehicle preferred
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala; basic English is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
