Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.
Job Role
As the Branch Manager, you are overall in charge of the entire branch operation, a fine performer in achieving branch targets. You will supervise the staff and monitor the progress while submitting management information to the Head Office.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Candidate should be a graduate in Management/Agriculture/Science or any other related field, or a Diploma holder in Microfinance.
- Should have a minimum of five years' experience in Microfinance or the Finance sector.
- Knowledge of basic accounting to manage branch operations.
- Should have a riding license.
- Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications. (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Age below 40 years.
