COORDINATOR - TECHNICAL
As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide coordination support for events and meetings hosted by the Institute, as well as during external representations made on its behalf.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Division to obtain quotations for printing publications and other event-related arrangements.
- Provide operational support for physical, hybrid, or virtual events organised by CA Sri Lanka, including preparation of event budgets and final accounts, and effective management of virtual platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A diploma or degree in Management from a recognised educational institute, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ work experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in organising and coordinating events.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Capable of handling correspondence independently, including preparation of minutes of meetings, reports, and business letters.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, passionate about achieving results, and possessing strong PR and interpersonal skills.
