SHIFT SCHEDULE
- SHIFT 01: AM 7:30 – PM 15:30
- SHIFT 02: PM 14:30 – PM 22:30
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Receptionist or Front Office role
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Support daily administrative operations
- Ensure smooth front-office management
