SHIFT SCHEDULE

  • SHIFT 01: AM 7:30 – PM 15:30
  • SHIFT 02: PM 14:30 – PM 22:30

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Receptionist or Front Office role
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office records and documentation
  • Support daily administrative operations
  • Ensure smooth front-office management
