Senior Design Manager
- Chartered Qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Lead and manage the design team and monitor project progress.
- Review architectural, structural, or engineering designs and drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with company standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and design deliverables.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of quality and design efficiency.
Planning Engineer
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in design management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and compare it against the baseline schedule.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and critical path activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze resource allocation and optimize productivity.
- Update schedules based on changes and project developments.
Graduate Structural Engineer
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of structural design principles and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Graduate Research Assistant
- B.Sc. Special Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
