Shipping In charge (Import, Export & Documentation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage export and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping lines regarding bookings, shipments, and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with export-related departments to ensure timely processing of export orders.
- Handle communication and documentation with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all export and shipping documents.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve documentation-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and logistics operations.
- Experience dealing with shipping lines, customs, and government authorities.
- Strong understanding of export regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in related documentation systems.
- Valid CHA license is required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export documentation, shipping, or logistics management.

SALARY – Rs 50,000.00 – Rs 100,000.00
