Quality Control Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to uphold fabrication, welding, and coating quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and powder coating is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of quality tools such as: 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram), CAPA, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.
- Knowledge of welding inspection and fabrication quality standards.
- Understanding of powder coating inspection requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting.
