JF Aqua (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Jaya Farm and it is a well- established shrimp farming company situated in Ambakandawila – Chilaw. We are looking for a suitable dynamic person to fill the bellow position.

Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma or NVQ certificate in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture or related filed is preferred.
- Previous experience in Prawn/shrimp farming or aquaculture operations.
- Good knowledge of pond management, water quality monitoring and prawn health management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor prawn growth, health, feeding schedules and survival rates.
- Ensure proper water quality management and pond maintenance.
- Maintain records of stocking, feeding, treatments, harvests and inventory.
- Assist in harvesting activities and post- harvest management.
- Night Duties
