- Minimum 2 years' experience in pastry and bakery operations, preferably in a hotel in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of pastry preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
