INVENTORY AUDITOR

Main Role of the Position
- Physical audit is done on a daily/weekly basis so that the data in the system reflect what is physically available on the shelf.
- Support the Inventory department to ensure that the inventory data are kept accurately by analyzing variance, adjusting the system inventory to the available physical stock.
- Auditors must maintain the accuracy of the computer data for the planning and forecasting function.
- Support the inventory department to carry out the reorder, planning and forecasting as departments rely heavily on the accuracy of the inventory data in the computer system.
- The auditor position is responsible for counting all physical inventory and selecting products on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Generate audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken and reporting to the management on variance and errors found.
- The Inventory Auditor must work with every department to suggest ways to reduce errors/variance in inventory accuracy.
- Conduct inventory audits and data entry when receiving from each department and any of the outbound areas, such as warehouse.
Our Requirements:
- Professional qualification related to Accounting/Inventory Management or equivalent.
- Hands on experience in Inventory Audit/Physical Stock Taking.
- Good energetic person.
- Good Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Age below 40 years.
