Requirements:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot meals according to the café’s menu and standards.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during service hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Commi-3 or Cook in hot kitchen setting (café or restaurant).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling.
- Creative, reliable, and passionate about culinary excellence.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent culinary qualifications preferred.
