BANQUET SALES EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar banquet sales or event coordination role is a strict must.
  • Communication skills with fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  • Strong persuasive skills with a track record of successfully closing sales and meeting targets.
  • Excellent time-management abilities with a sharp eye for detail to handle multiple event bookings simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and event planners.
  • Promote and sell banquet packages for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the banquet hall.
