Facility Management Executive

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall facility management operations across our two-manufacturing premises located in Ekala and Sapugaskanda, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of all facilities in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all facility management activities across the Ekala and Sapugaskanda premises.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise building and infrastructure management, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage civil construction projects, renovations, and building improvement works in coordination with contractors and consultants.
  • Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, scheduled servicing, and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Lead and manage the facility management team, providing guidance, performance oversight, and training where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across all premises.
  • Develop and manage facility maintenance budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities, contractors, and service providers for all facility-related matters.
  • Respond effectively to facility-related emergencies and ensure business continuity.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • A Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar facility management role.
  • Proven experience in building and infrastructure management, civil construction, HVAC systems, and overall facility operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing premises.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between the Ekala and Sapugaskanda premises as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and facility management tools.
