Job Profile

  • Manage warranty administration and service contract records.
  • Coordinate AMC renewals and customer retention activities.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with customers and service teams.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain customer records and service documentation.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
