Join Our Team as a Mechanical Inspector

As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking to appoint a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth within our Heavy Equipment and Transport Solutions portfolio. Specially the Deutz engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect mechanical and electrical components at workshops
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments
- Compare physical components with 2D mechanical drawings
- Identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Update inspection records and provide technical feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and procurement teams to resolve issues
- Conduct inspection of mechanical components and assemblies
- Verify dimensions and specifications against engineering drawings
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
- Report inspection findings and maintain records
Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 4 (minimum) / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year relevant industry experience
- Experience with railway components, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of 2D mechanical drawings
- Hands-on experience with vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Good attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in field environments
