Store Keeper
Job Profile
- Manage day-to-day stores operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of inventory and warehouse assets.
- Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination and documentation.
- Maintain store and procurement records in compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards.
Personal Profile & Skills
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (Diploma in Stores or Supply Chain is an added advantage).
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in stores, inventory, or procurement-related roles with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and IT.
- Experience in ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
- An interest in electrical and electronic engineering, or possession of a relevant certificate, will be an added advantage.
