Position: AC Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC electrical and mechanical components
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system performance testing
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for effective system operation
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of tools and equipment
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 in Automobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Certified training in HVAC systems (OEM or manufacturer-based training preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning / HVAC maintenance
- Good knowledge of AC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration, troubleshooting, repair, servicing & maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, physical fitness, and problem-solving skills
