Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quality Surveyor (Male / Female)

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ for Projects.
- Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries and analysing tenders.
- Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Assisting with procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance.
- Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams.
- Age below 35 years.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of construction processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
