SALES CONSULTANT (REAL ESTATE)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field will be added advantage
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or the real estate industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and market company real estate projects and properties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers
- Conduct property presentations, consultations, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
