After Sale Coordinator – Call Center
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an After Sales Coordinator – Call Center. In this role, you will be one of the main points of contact for our customers after their purchase, helping to ensure their concerns are handled smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming and outgoing customer calls related to after-sales inquiries and service requests.
- Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service updates.
- Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are resolved on time and to their satisfaction.
- Support warranty-related matters, service documentation, and basic reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and escalate more complex matters when required.
- Ensure all interactions are handled in line with company service standards and procedures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (experience in after-sales or service coordination would be an advantage).
- Good communication skills and a pleasant, professional approach when dealing with customers.
- Ability to stay calm, patient and solution-focused when handling concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
