  • Working Hours: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST): 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Sri Lanka Standard Time (SLST): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Fortnightly Weekend Shift Required
  • Remuneration: Base Salary: LKR 90,000 per Month
  • EPF & ETF Contributions Paid by Employer
  • Monthly Wi-Fi Allowance Provided

Australian Staffing Agency is a leading Australian labour hire and recruitment company supplying temporary and permanent staff across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, production, transport, and distribution industries throughout Australia.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant to support our onsite Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts and workforce operations.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting staffing operations, workforce planning, candidate communications, onboarding processes, reporting, and client service activities across multiple Australian client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • Complete rostering activities using FastTrack360, Tanda, and other workforce management systems.
  • Contact candidates to confirm shifts, availability, and attendance.
  • Assist with sourcing replacement staff when required.
  • Complete candidate onboarding activities and review candidate information.
  • Assist with client communications and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor workforce attendance and escalate issues where required.
  • Complete reporting relating to workforce performance and operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data within internal systems.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and web-based platforms.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, accountable, and responsible work ethic.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment, labour hire, workforce coordination, administration, customer service, or account support is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using FastTrack360, Tanda, or similar workforce management software is highly regarded.
