Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence & Data Analysis

Responsibilities:
- Leading MIS Team: Develop and expand the team towards a data driven culture.
- Data Analysts: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Use data visualization tools to create meaningful and easily understandable reports.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data consistency and security. Develop and implement data extraction and querying processes. Develop and maintain and optimise SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views & Indexes.
- Trend Identification: Identify key business trends and provide recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement measures to ensure the quality of data, including data validation and cleansing. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Programming and Tools: Use programming languages (e.g., Python, etc.) and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) for analysis. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Facilitating web-based reports for regular critical requirements through BI Tool.
- Problem Solving: Address complex business problems through data analysis and provide actionable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve data-related challenges.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting activities.
- Continuous Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in data analysis and reporting. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Physical Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from a UGC-approved university or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Executive Grade. Banking, Finance, Insurance is advantages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Qualification in Data Analysis / Software Development Methodologies.
- Ability to deliver accurate, relevant and timely information based on solid analysis.
- Age is preferably below 35 years.
