JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage bakery operations and ensure quality standards
- Lead and supervise production teams
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
- Report on production performance and improvement ideas
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology / related field
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in bakery or food manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work on shift basis (morning / night shifts)
- Energetic, responsible, and quality-oriented
