JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage bakery operations and ensure quality standards
  • Lead and supervise production teams
  • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
  • Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Report on production performance and improvement ideas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology / related field
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in bakery or food manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to work on shift basis (morning / night shifts)
  • Energetic, responsible, and quality-oriented
