Senior Lead – Systems & Solutions (Solution Architecture)
We are looking for a forward-thinking Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of Dialog's next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you will drive end-to-end solution architecture, enabling seamless, scalable, and resilient systems powering millions of customers. As a Senior Lead – Systems & Solutions, you will:
- Own and design end-to-end solution architecture for digital platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Drive modernization of applications and digital backends, supporting enterprise-wide digitization initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and services to ensure architectural feasibility, scalability, and seamless integration
- Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver robust, business-aligned solutions
- Analyze system performance, operational trends, and incidents to drive architectural improvements and long-term platform stability
- Contribute to core product evolution, identifying enhancements and innovation opportunities
- Ensure solution quality and operational readiness through robust architecture, design reviews, and validation practices
- Monitor and enhance security posture, addressing vulnerabilities and risks
Required qualifications and skills:
- A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture / systems design
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and distributed systems
- Exposure to digital platforms, self-care systems, and backend ecosystems
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
