Senior Lead – Systems & Solutions (Solution Architecture)

We are looking for a forward-thinking Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of Dialog's next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you will drive end-to-end solution architecture, enabling seamless, scalable, and resilient systems powering millions of customers. As a Senior Lead – Systems & Solutions, you will:

  • Own and design end-to-end solution architecture for digital platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Drive modernization of applications and digital backends, supporting enterprise-wide digitization initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and services to ensure architectural feasibility, scalability, and seamless integration
  • Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver robust, business-aligned solutions
  • Analyze system performance, operational trends, and incidents to drive architectural improvements and long-term platform stability
  • Contribute to core product evolution, identifying enhancements and innovation opportunities
  • Ensure solution quality and operational readiness through robust architecture, design reviews, and validation practices
  • Monitor and enhance security posture, addressing vulnerabilities and risks

Required qualifications and skills:

  • A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture / systems design
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and distributed systems
  • Exposure to digital platforms, self-care systems, and backend ecosystems
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
