We Are Hiring ACCOUNTANT
Halcyon Private Limited is an ISO consultancy and business solutions provider based in Colombo. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company’s financial operations.
REQUIREMENT
- Fully or Part qualified in ACCA/CMA or CIMA
- Experience with accounting software QuickBooks
- High attention to detail, organized, ability to work to deadlines, & proficiency in Excel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing bank, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting with closing processes, including posting journals and managing accruals/prepayments.
- Managing AP/AR, invoicing, payments, and payroll.
- Supporting the preparation of VAT and tax returns.
- Preparation of management accounts and daily reports.
