Customer Relations Officer
Location - Head Office
Key Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Direct customer queries to the appropriate departments for quick solutions.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Document all call-related information according to company standards
Profile
- G.C.E. Ordinal Level and/or G. C. E. Advanced Level (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in the field of Customer Care / Call Center / Telemarketing, preferably in the Motor insurance or financial service industries would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment.
- Attention to details and ability to work with strict deadlines Very good interpersonal skills
