EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE -PRODUCTION (Horana)
JOB ROLE
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve production targets
- Monitor production efficiency, quality standards and wastage control
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and production processes with minimum downtime
- Maintain production records, reports and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Planning departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing or production operations, candidates with minimum 6 months’ experience also encourage to apply for junior position
- Experience in rubber, latex, foam or mattress manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production deadlines
